A customer may cancel a product with a recurring billing subscription at any time.

A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer's account.

The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund - it will only stop any future payments. In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of starting the service. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of any refunds approved by LINKIO FIBERNET, it will take 15 days for the refund to be processed to you.
